Bahan-bahan:
5 bawang merah,
2 siung bawang putih,
3cabai merah
5 cabai rawit,
santan 300cc dari 1 butir kelapa
tempe waras/ tempe bosok secukupnya
sehelai daun salam
sehelai daun jeruk
garam
gula
Cara membuat:
Tumbuk/ulek cabai, bawang merah dan bawang putih,
Kemudian direbus bersama santan dan tempe bosoknya
Direbus sampai matang
Siap disajikan
(2) English - The East-Java's Letok Chilli Sauce
Ingredients:
5 shallots of onions,
2 shallots of garlic,
3 red chilli
5 small chilli
coconut milk in 300cc from 1 coconut fruit
proportional tempe waras/ tempe bosok (rotten/foul Indonesian fermented-soyabean)
bay leaf
lime leaf
salt
sugar
How to make:
Blend all the onions, garlics, and chillies.
Then boil them with the coconut milk and tempe.
Boil and stirs them until it is well-cooked.
Ready to be served.
